Mirzasto
Mirzasto is a paste-like acrylic emulsion-based special decorative coating, designed for easy application and effortless patterning.
FEATURES
- It can be applied easily as it has special fillings inside.
- The pattern and sanding can be done easily.
- Due its high vapor permeability, it allows surface to discharge the steam and breathe.
- On Mirzasto application, there should not be any problem of early drying as the product features don’t allow this.
- As it is water-based, it is harmless to human health and environment.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Thoroughly clean the application surface, removing any dirt, stains, peeling paint, and dust.
- Address any unevenness on the surface by using San Deco Acrylic Putty Interior to achieve a smooth and even base.
- Apply a coat of San Deco Decoprimer as a primer to prepare the surface for the decorative coating. This step is essential to ensure good adhesion and a consistent finish.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Thoroughly mix Mirzasto until it reaches a homogeneous consistency, without the need for thinning.
- Apply Mirzasto to a 1-2 m² area using a steel trowel. Then, create the desired decorative effect by applying the product with either a plastic or a steel spud in irregular patterns. Before Mirzasto dries, you can create smooth and striped patterns using a steel or plastic spud.
- After waiting for 4 hours at a temperature of 23°C (220/260), use a grained sanding paper to remove any irregularities or bumps.
- To complete the process, apply the colored Effect Finish coats one after the other, following the color catalogue. Wait for 3 hours between each coat of Effect Finish.
- Ensure that the application environment temperature is maintained between +5°C and +35°C during the application and for 24 hours afterward for best results.
DRYING TIME
Under standard 23°C environmental conditions, allow 4-5 hours for touch dry and 24 hours for complete drying.
THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION
